Help

Please help I am trying to install PostgreSQL using cygwin on WindowsXP and
I am getting this error:

$ /usr/local/pgsql/bin/initdb -D /usr/local/pgsql/test/

The files belonging to this database system will be owned by user
"JRademan".

This user must also own the server process.

The database cluster will be initialized with locale C.
