Problem starting PostgreSQL in Windows 2003

Hi,

After successfully installing PostgreSQL 8.3.3-1 on Windows 2003, the
service won't start. The error I see in the Windows Event Viewer is
"could not open process token: error code 5".

Any help is appreciated.
