After a lot of searching for a similar product I would recommend the
HappyFish database design tool. It offers a good range of features for
use on multiple RDBMs (including Postgres) and a fantastic level of
support by the developers. Check it out here:

Subject: ER diagrams
Can anyone point me in the direction of a good utility that can create
an ER diagram from a Postgresql database? I've got a script that
creates a complex arrangement of tables from some source data and I'm
trying to make sense of it all.
