Dear Hiroshi Inoue,
The files in PSQLODBCA.ZIP did not help at all.
The files in PSQLODBC35W.ZIP fixed the DELETE_RULE problem
and the missing FK_NAME problems. However, I still experience
duplicate records in the return set.
