Ahh, they’re in the Release 9.6 page:
* vacuum freeze on large tables → E.1.3.1.6. VACUUM
* long-lived snapshots holding back vacuum → E.1.3.1.7. General Performance
* idle in transaction timeout → E.1.3.1.10. Server Configuration
