speed issue

Hi

I am using the Postgres ODBC driver ( lastest version that I recently downloaded )

I am using this via a SQL server linked server ( SQL Server 2008r2 ), running on 64bit Windows Server

The connection works fine, but I find that queries are very slow to execute - even simple queries ( select * from [small_table] )

Using PGAdmin III the same queries will run in a couple of seconds or less.

Any ideas why I experience this slow response time ?
