RE: Como insertar registros

Utiliza el comando copy de postgres, con él puedes cargar un archivo .csv a una tabla.

A ver, las tablas de VFP soportan varios billones de datos(no tengo la cifra
exacta), no tengo problemas con mis dbf´s, pero tengo una tabla con esos 13
millones, ya lo tengo en tipo CSV(separado por comas), como lo podria mandar
entonces ?

Ups no se si corra en windows, = y necesitaras pasar tus files a algun Unix
