I use the Postgres ODBC drivers for some small projects and they have
proven reliable to the extent ODBC is reliable. In other words my
preference is to avoid ODBC, no matter the datasource/driver, but that
is not always an option. Where I use the Postgres ODBC driver it works
just fine. As to support, you are already here:) The list allows direct
access to the people that write the code and they are responsive, it
does not get much better than that. I have not used the commercial
Postgres ODBC drivers so I can not speak to their reliability/suitability.
