If I understand your question, you want to use VI or EMACS to edit the file.
You can also edit the information anywhere that you are comfortable (for instance using Windows tools) and then ftp the data to the Linux machine.

Si je comprends votre question, vous voulez utiliser VI ou EMACS pour éditer le dossier. Vous pouvez éditer aussi l'information n'importe où que vous êtes à l'aise (par exemple les outils de Windows d'utilisation) et alors le ftp les données à la machine de Linux.
