Yeah I saw your mention on #postgresql and looked into it. We aren't
reporting (nor am I observing) these issues. We do remotely monitor this
in case these issues can pop up.

In looking at this log, 15 of the 18 errors are from the same host. That
would seem to point to some kind of connectivity between the two. .ee
(the .20 host) is apparently Estonia, perhaps some cross-atlantic issues?
