Sure, but that doesn't give you the repo URL for a checkout - does it?
It's entirely possibly I'm just blind, but I know I had plenty of
trouble finding the URL.

The reason I suggested there was just that it's already linked to on
yum.postgresql.org in the top bar, as "SVN Repo".
