Hi Abe,
the ZPL applies only to the files under the ZPsycopgDA directory. The
license text contains a typo; it should read:
If you prefer you can use the Zope Database Adapter ZPsycopgDA (i.e.,
every file inside the ZPsycopgDA directory) UNDER the ZPL license as
published on the Zope web site.
It is "under", not "user".
