Hi folks

Is there any chance of approving the repository "2ndquadrant_bdr" on
git.postgresql.org?

With more people involved in the logical changeset extraction /
bidirectional replication work, it's becoming desirable to use a shared
repo. The team can always use GitHub, but as this is a project that's
intended to be progressively merged into PostgreSQL proper it seems
appropriate to try to host the master repository at git.postgresql.org
if possible.
