Hi Hiroshi,
I just noticed that you added all the files in docs/ directory to the
psqlodbc-www repository as part of commit
31bcc76437cc8f06d0893593ebe49b6254de0a25:

Author: Hiroshi Saito <hiroshi(at)winpg(dot)jp>
Date: Mon Dec 23 21:07:50 2013 +0900

That's not how I envisioned that to work last summer when I reworked the
psqlodbc website. The way I set it up is that the docs are in the main
psqlodbc repository, with the sources, and they are copied from there
into the website. I tried to explain that in the README.txt in
psqlodbc-www repository, but now that I look at it, I see that I wasn't
very clear about it.
Now we have two copies of the docs, one in the psqlodbc-www repository,
and another in the main psqlodbc repository. The two are out of sync;
the 09.03.0200 release notes were only added to the psqlodbc-www version
:-(. I think we should remove the docs from the psqlodbc-www
repository, and apply all the changes in the docs in the main repo. This
would bring things back the way I designed them. Barring objections,
I'll go do that.
The reason for keeping the docs with the sources is that the docs are
version-specific. If you're running an older version of the driver, you
should look at the docs that correspond to that version. Also, the
Windows installer packages the docs with the driver (so the docs
included in the 09.03.0200 version does not include the release notes
for 09.03.0200, because those were only added to the copy in
psqlodbc-www repository).
