One thing I'd still like to get done before the 9.3 release, is changing
the default of UseServerSidePrepare
(http://www.postgresql.org/message-id/517197A4.7020603@vmware.com) I
didn't get any responses to that suggestion, so I assume that means that
everyone agrees. It would be good to do that in a major version, to
minimize surprises.
