proargtype, proallargtypes, proargmodes, proargnames, proargdefaults

Example:

production=# SELECT proargnames from pg_proc where proname
='close_tag_order';

proargnames

--------------------------------------

{_order_no,not_rcv_ct,tag_change_ct}
