Ashesh,
The update files worked. I unzipped the download into the EnterpriseDB-MigrationWizard replacing the existing jars in EnterpriseDB-MigrationWizard and the lib directory.
The existing command did work so it was not a matter of backslashes vs. forward slashes.
Thanks,
KenS.

Hi Ken Smith,
We found that - the jar files, we packaged with the installers are corrupted.
Please find the set of jar files as a zip @ http://uploads.enterprisedb.com/download.php?file=86fb5b8e777761f63c7d27525d2616f6.
Replace them with existing MigrationWizard.jar and lib folder found under installation directory.
Hope this helps you.

Bug reference: 5015
Logged by: Ken Smith
Email address: kensmith(at)adobe(dot)com<mailto:kensmith(at)adobe(dot)com>
PostgreSQL version: 8.4
Operating system: Windows
Description: MySQL migration wizard does not start
Details:
I have downloaded and installed PostgreSQL 8.4 and installed the mysql
migration wizard. I click the shortcut and nothing happens. I also noted
that if I try to run from the commandline that you use '/' in some of the
program paths causing the OS to say it cannot find the file - "C:/Program
Files/Java/jdk1.5.0_16/jre/bin/java.exe". Additionally the whole command is
too long for the shortcut properties and is cut off.
If I setup a shorter path using 8.3 notation, I still get nothing.
