I am using the pl/sh for 7.3, and when I use YOUR createlang script, I can
NOT dump the database, as it can't find the handler function in pg_catalog.

I removed the pg_catalog. and re-did stuff, and it seems to work.

Any ideas why or is this a pg_dump bug in 7.3.2?
