Hi all

I just noticed that the buildfarm "register" page is pretty seriously
out of date. It mentions CVS and CVSup.

http://www.pgbuildfarm.org/cgi-bin/register-form.pl

Proposed changes:

"* your machine will need to be able to contact
http://www.pgbuildfarm.org either directly or via proxy, and it will
need access to a PostgreSQL CVS repository, either the one at
postgresql.org or a mirror (you can set up your own mirror using CSVup
on a Linux or FreeBSD machine - this is recommended)."

should be

"* Your machine to be able to contact http://www.pgbuildfarm.org either
directly or via proxy"
"* Any firewall your machine is behind must be able to pull from either
git.postgresql.org or github.com over HTTP on port 80 or over the git://
protocol on port 9418"
"* You must have [git installed]( http://git-scm.com/downloads)"

"* have a working Postgresql build environment for your platform (for
Windows this means MSys/MinGW with the libz and libintl stuff, and
ideally native Python and Tcl)."

should be:

"* You need a working PostgreSQL build environment on your machine
including all required libraries, preferably including development
headers for Python, TCL, etc. For Windows you need either Microsoft
Visual Studio / Windows SDK or the MinGW/MSys tools, depending on which
toolchain you want the buildfarm member to test."
"* Before joining the buildfarm, PostgreSQL must already compile
successfully on your computer when you compile it manually."

" * Windows only: you will need a native perl installed as well as the
one in the MSys DTK. The one from ActiveState works fine."

should probably be:

"* Windows only: ActiveState Perl or Strawberry Perl must be installed"

Also, it should probably mention that one machine can run multiple
builds with different configurations.
