OK, I finally found the time to boot my laptop on Windows7 (64bits Pro).
I already had PostgreSQL 9.0 on it with pgAdmin 1.12.0.. I upgrade
pgAdmin to 1.12.3 (due to be released next week). I clicked twice on a
.sql file, and it opened the query tool once I typed the connection
informations in the "Connect to server" dialog.
So, it worked for me. I don't think we changed anything between 1.12.2
and 1.12.3, but it's worth a try.
