No, there's some routing issues on our ISPs network. They have a terribly
complex network (mainly because *every* customer has a static IP address,
and with POPs around the country with no restriction on which each
customer uses - well you see how that becomes a routing nightmare) of
which and once a year or so it has an 'off' day for some customers. We've
only been affected once before in the last 5 years...
