Yes, and? I don't see what we can answer to this. You don't get the
contextual menu, but you can still clear your filter rule by clicking on
the Filter icon et clearing the Filtering textbox. What would you like
us to do? having a contextual menu when there is no results? It's really
the same dialog, but fired another way because you have no results.
Sorry but I don't really see an issue here.
