It took me some time to get back to it, but I finally have a patch to
add this feature. You can see the result in the picture attached. When
no color is defined, we use a white box.
This patch also changes some ctlComboBoxFix widgets into wxComboBox
widgets when the widget doesn't make use of ctlComboBoxFix specific
features. Not sure if this should be in a separate patch. I will do if
anyone finds it's required.
