export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/PostgreSQL/EnterpriseDB-TuningWizard/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
or
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/PostgreSQL/EnterpriseDB-TuningWizard/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
/opt/PostgreSQL/EnterpriseDB-TuningWizard/TuningWizard
Basically you have to set the LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
This will solve the problem also you can launch the TuningWizard from
menu icons.
