Uninstall 8.3.1 (without delete data directory) and (fresh/new) install
8.3.3 does the trick.
8.3.3 maintain all data, users, passwords and so on from 8.3.1 install
telling us about that on installation.
And the last question: How to see what versión (minor version) is
running on that PostgreSQL DB ?
