suggests theEnterpriseDB installer log is in the windows user TEMP
directory, a file named install-postgresql.log or possibly bitrock*.log
... the user TEMP directory is likely something like
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp (and in fact, is the value of
environment %TEMP%, so Start -> Run -> %TEMP% <enter> should open it...)
