Click "downloads"
Click "FTP browser"
binary > v8.1.1 > linux > rpms > fedora > fedora-core-3
Download whatever RPMs you require and install as normal.
You might find it useful to subscribe to the pgsql-novice mailing list,
or check the website for details of a Spanish mailing list.
