Ah, guess what, it's working for me now. All I had to do was to reset the view to its standard settings (I had the "prepared transactions"-pane set to invisible). Once it reset my view settings to "standard" the popup menu enables just fine. BTW, clicking on the header didn't make a difference. Anyway, I'm glad I have it working now.
