Probleme Installation PSQL Debian

Hallo list,
ich habe ien probelm bei der installationund weiss nicht so recht
weiter. hier mal was ich auf dem schirm sehe.
Problem steht ganz unten:

habe schon ein paar mal deinstalliert und wieder neu per apt-get
install. reinstall hat nich geholfen. es ist wie verhext.
aber immer wieder der gleliche fehler. jemand eine ahnung was da los
ist? Variablen flasch? conf dateien falsch?
bin noch relativ frisch auf dem linuxsektor...... also wenn jemand tips
hat wie ich das problem in den griff bekomme wäre ich sehr dankbar!!
