Questions of this form rarely get much in the way of useful answers.
You have to describe what your problem is and what you capabilities
you want without assuming people will know some proprietary branded
feature in another product. There might be one or two people around
here who know about Sybase IQ but they may or may not know the answer
whereas there are dozens and dozens who know Postgres and could answer
your question if you posed it in a way they could answer.
