Yeah, saw it too. It didn't mention the size of the mailing list though.
From the number of posts per month, pgsql-general is comparable to
firebird-support(at)yahoogroups(dot)com and roughly 50% less than
mysql(at)lists(dot)mysql(dot)com (but I'd say the quality of discussion is best
here). Yahoo-hosted mailing list page tells us the number of subscriber,
and firebird-support is currently at +- 2700 members.
