Should be replaced by something like this:

* For Debian WOODY:
deb [MIRROR'S URL]/beta/debian woody pgadmin
* For Debian TESTING:
deb [MIRROR'S URL]/beta/debian testing pgadmin
* For Debian UNSTABLE:
deb [MIRROR'S URL]/beta/debian unstable pgadmin

With may be an example:
Example for france, you can try:
