I want to change a column from "NOT NULL". I select the database, then
select Properties. Click on the field, click "Change"...nothing
happens. I then open the "Columns" node. Select the column, click
Properties, uncheck the "NOT NULL" box...nothing happens. The OK button
is still grated out, and the SQL tab reports, "Nothing to change".

BTW, this is using the latest Win32 snapshot.
