I am new to postgresql and I am receiving the following warning: (I am
using PHP and postgresql).
Warning: pg_connect() unable to connect to PostgreSQL server. Could not
receive server response to SSL negotiation packet.
Do I need to turn of my SSL or allow postgresSQL to SSL?
Any help or pointer would be appreciated.
Thank You
Susan
