Hello,
Trying to use BIND variables in conjunction with the ODBC driver for
Windows results in an unspecified ODBC error. This error locks up any
subsequent query using that same ODBC driver untill the application
using the ODBC driver has been restarted.
The application I am using is ColdFusion, using the tag <cfqueryparam>.
Are BIND variables supported at all?
Is this a known problem?
Any suggestions on reproducing this with a different application, since
ColdFusion might be the problem?
Versions etc:
ODBC driver 7.01.00.06
PostgreSQL 7.1 on i386-unknown-openbsd2.9, compiled by GCC 2.95.3
ColdFusion Enterprise 4.5.1 SP2
TIA,
Jochem
