Would like suggestions of places that support PostgreSQL for Hosting

Hi all,

It seems like a good idea to have a list of places which support
PostgreSQL as a backend database for website hosting.

If people can email me the appropriate URL's, I'll take a look at them
then create a new section on the techdocs.postgresql.org website to list
them. :-)
