Interestingly, that still works fine for me, on RHEL8 with

docbook-dtds-1.0-69.el8.noarch
docbook-style-xsl-1.79.2-9.el8.noarch
docbook-style-dsssl-1.79-25.el8.noarch

What docbook version are you using?
