Hi!
I just installed postgresql 6.4.2-4. I'm trying to recompile my old
programs based on 6.3 release, but I get the following error message:
/usr/lib/libpq.so: undefined reference to `crypt'
Why's that? I never got this error message with the older version.
I compile the code this way: "gcc pre_view.c /usr/lib/libcgic.a
../various.a /usr/lib/libpq.so -o pre_view.c", that always worked fine
for me.
Can anybody give me a tip? Please answer directly to my email address,
because I didn't subscribe to the mailing list yet.
Thank you,
Antonello De Santis
