ODBC-Driver for PostgreSQL

I want to use postgreSQL for some databases but due to internal
restrictions I MUST use ACCESS 2.0/WfW 3.11 for the client side of these
databases.
So I´m hardly searching for an installable ODBC-Driver for this
platform. On all sites supporting postgreSQL I´ve only found 32-bit
drivers.
Is there any chance to get an (old) 16-bit version of this drivers?
