I have this memory that there is a way to create a non-version-specific link to the PostgreSQL documentation; is there such a thing, or do you have to link to a particular version's pages?

(The Django documentation wants to link into the PostgreSQL documentation, and I'd prefer that the link go to "most recent released version" rather than, say, the 9.4 page in particular.)
