Hi,
Last week, I pushed updated PostGIS packages to v10 and v11 *testing* repos
that is supposed to fix pg_upgrade issues on RHEL 7.
My tests worked, but I need more people to take a look.
Please update your packages with:
yum --enablerepo pgdg11-updates-testing --enablerepo pgdg10-updates-testing update postgis2*
