Reading the documentation for upgrading to 7.3.2 -- it says to see
http://www.ca.postgresql.org/docs/momjian/upgrade_tips_7.3 -- but the page
is not there
is there a step by step instruction for this upgrade ? so that I won't leave
anything out (I just happened on the instruction to run contrib/adddepend
-- ... is there anything else that I need to be aware of?
also, why doesn't the ports install move the contrib/adddepend to a
production area instead of leaving in
/usr/ports/databases/postgresql7/work/postgresql-7.3.2/contrib? what is the
correct directory to place the contrib in?
