Hi .. really new user ...

Yesterday, I installed postgresql 9.3 and was able to create and query a table in a database.

Today, I am receiving a FATAL: could not open file "global/11774"; Permission denied message

I had already reloaded postgresql the day before due to the same error thinking something was corrupted; however, today the message came back to repeat itself.

Any ideas?
