If all three of these changes (Windows port, pitr, replication) get in
before feature freeze, I wouldn't want to bet that final will be any
sooner than that --- we'll have lots of testing to do.
But we *will* freeze 7.4 features in April, and at the rate work appears
to be progressing, I wouldn't want to bet that any of these features
will be in by then ;-). If they don't make the cut, 7.4 final will
probably be a lot sooner than September.
