There's plenty of discoverability already. The documentation suggests

(If you want to check what <command>DROP ... CASCADE</> will do,
run <command>DROP</> without <literal>CASCADE</> and read the
<literal>DETAIL</> output.)

Or you could do BEGIN; DROP ... CASCADE; ROLLBACK.
