I attended a Postgres 11 feature talk by Daniel Westermann at the Swiss
PGDay about the features in Postgres 11. He showed that EXPLAIN does
not show run-time partition pruning, only EXPLAIN ANALYZE does; see
slides 32-34 at

I might be obvious once you see it, but it wasn't obvious to me before
this. I don't see this documented. I think we should.
