Hi,

thanks for the heads-up!

The situation in #331 was not analyzed correctly. The "bug" there was
merely that the docker file is hardcoding a PG version which wasn't in
the repository anymore once the new minors were released.

This is not related to
https://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2017/08/msg01324.html, and it is not
related to
http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/dists/jessie-pgdg/9.6/binary-amd64/Packages
being empty.
