Bug reference: 14281

Email address: c(dot)to(at)vmm(dot)be
PostgreSQL version: 9.4.8
Operating system: Windows
Description:

Hi,

Maybe after reboot of windows, the postgress service won't start up
anymore.

In the logs I See:

2016-08-05 13:38:37 CEST LOG: database system was interrupted; last known
up at 2016-07-28 16:26:24 CEST
2016-08-05 13:38:38 CEST FATAL: the database system is starting up
2016-08-05 13:38:39 CEST FATAL: the database system is starting up

How do I make it running again, without reinstalling the whole thing?
