The following bug has been logged on the website:

Bug reference: 14262
Logged by: Karl Pinc
Email address: kop(at)meme(dot)com
PostgreSQL version: 9.1.22
Operating system: Centos 6.8
Description:

Hi,

I upgraded a centos system from 6.7 to 6.8 the other
day and now yum is complaining that
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/9.1/redhat/rhel-6.8-x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml

gets a 404. And indeed it does not exist. There's
no 6.8 related directory, only a 6.7 directory.

Yes, it's time to upgrade PG, but
PG 9.1 is supposed to be supported until September.
https://www.postgresql.org/support/versioning/

This seems to pretty much break "yum upgrade",
which means that I need to take some sort of action soon
to keep up to date with whatever regular security updates
appear in the other yum repos.

Thanks for the help.
