Hi,

when I fixed the 9.5 part of the problem, I re-imported the 9.5
packages to get the 9.5 libpq5 back into "main". What I forgot in the
rush was that I should have re-imported the 9.6 packages as well to
get the 9.6 libpq5 into "9.6". Building 9.6~beta1-2 had the same
effect, so every package is in the proper place now:

libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg+1 | sid-pgdg | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg+1 | sid-pgdg-testing | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg80+1 | jessie-pgdg | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg80+1 | jessie-pgdg-testing | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg70+1 | wheezy-pgdg | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg70+1 | wheezy-pgdg-testing | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg16.04+1 | xenial-pgdg | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg16.04+1 | xenial-pgdg-testing | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg15.10+1 | wily-pgdg | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg15.10+1 | wily-pgdg-testing | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg14.04+1 | trusty-pgdg | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg14.04+1 | trusty-pgdg-testing | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg12.4+1 | precise-pgdg | 9.6 | amd64, i386
libpq5 | 9.6~beta1-2.pgdg12.4+1 | precise-pgdg-testing | 9.6 | amd64, i386

Sorry for the mess, I was at a customer on Thursday and had set up
everything for automatic pushing. I was then notified of the problem
while on the train in the evening, but couldn't do much until arriving
at home, and at that point I was apparently just paying attention to
the released branches, forgetting any problems the beta branch could
have.

That said, there's still some fallout to fix, namely there's still
postgresql*9.6 packages (i.e. not lib*) in main that should actually
be in "9.6", but that doesn't hurt much. I'll remove these unhurried
later today.

There are actually jobs to check the repository integrity (or rather
package installability), but the timing was such that they only ran
after the "9.5 part" was fixed:
https://pgdgbuild.dus.dg-i.net/job/debcheck/138/
https://pgdgbuild.dus.dg-i.net/job/debcheck/138/architecture=amd64,distribution=jessie,stage=production/console

(You need an SSL certificate from sso.debian.org to log in. I need to
write down non-Debian-centric docs on that, but basically you just
need to got to https://alioth.debian.org/ and click on "New Account"
which you can then use on https://sso.debian.org/.)
